Service Description
Personalised 1-on-1 coaching designed to help you build strength, confidence, and a sustainable routine. Each session is tailored to your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. Choose your weekly training structure: • Foundation — 2 sessions per week • Build — 3 sessions per week • Elevate — 4 sessions per week Train on fixed weekly days for consistency and progress.

Cancellation Policy
To ensure a personalised and high-quality training experience, the following policy applies to all private and couple session bookings: 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 Private and couple sessions must be booked in advance. Each session is limited to a maximum of one individual or one couple per session to maintain a focused and tailored experience. Sessions are available Monday to Friday at 9am as the standard booking slot. A 10am/11am slot is available on request, subject to trainer availability. If you require a different time, please submit a request directly with one of our trainers. 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Late cancellations (less than 12 hours notice) or failure to attend a booked session will result in the session being forfeited. 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘀 Please arrive on time. Sessions will run within the allocated time slot, and late arrivals may result in a shortened session. 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 & 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 If you are feeling unwell, please cancel your session in advance to allow for rescheduling.
