Pieter Morton is the embodiment of discipline, resilience, and performance.

 

With over 15 years of experience as a professional rugby player, his journey has been shaped by high-level competition, setbacks, and an unwavering commitment to growth.

 

His career has demanded not only physical strength, but mental toughness, adaptability, and consistency — qualities he now brings into his coaching.

 

As a qualified personal trainer with a deep understanding of performance, recovery, and longevity, Pieter’s approach goes beyond surface-level training. He focuses on building strong, capable bodies that perform well and last.

 

His philosophy is simple:
You are what you repeatedly do.

 

Through Carve, Pieter helps clients push their limits while building sustainable habits that support long-term health, strength, and performance — both inside and outside the gym.

Vilécha’s journey in fitness began through sport, competing in hockey, athletics, and long-distance running throughout her school and university years.

 

Like many women, her path has not been linear. She experienced cycles of fad dieting, overtraining, under-eating, and burnout — challenges that ultimately shaped her understanding of what sustainable health truly requires.

 

Her perspective shifted profoundly two years ago when she became a mother.

 

This new chapter redefined her relationship with fitness, moving away from punishment and towards strength, energy, and longevity. It reinforced the importance of building a lifestyle that supports both personal wellbeing and the demands of everyday life.

 

Today, Vilécha is passionate about helping women break free from unsustainable cycles and build habits that are realistic, empowering, and lasting.

 

Through Carve, she focuses on creating strong foundations — combining mindset, movement, and structure to support long-term transformation.
